1. Dealing with a loved one who has dementia is awful on so many levels. I feel for Mavis and her family.

2. Wouldn’t the spouse automatically have full control of a mentally impaired spouse’s estate? And isn’t it a shared estate anyway?

3. That’s so rough to deal with. I hope he and their families are doing OK.
