Not at all a suprise considering the almost certainly Israeli Missle that hit the/an Iranian Consulate in Syria recently.
Wait, so what have they been shooting at Israel until now? Huttis have been shooting missiles at the south, Syria and Lebanon shooting at the north and ofc the Gaza front for the rest.

Launching a large scale attack against a country that can delete your military capacity via conventional weapons is ill-advised. Even more so against a nuclear power.
They will most certainly use their proxies, that’s the whole reason Iran has them. I would be stunned if Iran directly attacked

“Iran Proxies” not “Iran, Proxies”. It’s just the Proxies as updated by Iran hours ago. Least likely Proxies will even be this week but most likely past April when Israel puts their guard down to normal.
If Iran gets involved 100% I will be seriously concerned.
It is much for effective to destroy Iranian oil refineries. That would also have a side benefit of stopping Russia
Iran’s proxies have been bombing Israel all year long for a while now. The rocket shooting only escalates during the summer, but they still bomb Israel at other times.

The timings are just too perfect, wonder if Russia has been pulling some strings in the background hoping that conflict like this might help reduce aid to Ukraine from America, especially seen as they might get pulled into this, also coinciding with Russia stating a summer offensive in Ukraine. Maybe I’m stretching, but seems that every country is slowly being pulled into war recently.
