Countries that focus on local cuisine: Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Greece.
For those who have been to any of these countries, what local dishes did you enjoy/recommend the most?

What’s the bet the blue dudes also favor red cuisine ..
Good local cuisine vs bad local cuisine
The closest you get to the Mediterranean side, the more you enjoy local cuisine
I guess crap northern weather isn’t gonna get you the best cuisine. Not many spices. Just a lot of potatoes, grains, and animals. Not sure what Croatia’s excuse is.
Blue countries are smart enough to realise you don’t eat out for your own cuisine, you eat out to eat things you don’t make at home.
Yeah that tracks.
Yep, cos it is rare case when you want to go outside and eat food that you can cook at home 🤷♂️
Why go out for dinner and eat the same stuff you can make at home?
Which of the countries got more tourists visiting? I’m thinking if I want to visit a a country for my summer vacations it would be more in the south and then I’d like to eat their local food.
That’s hardly specific.
