There's a debt collector company insistently trying to incorrectly charge me. They are clearly wrong, asking me to pay for costs from a towed scooter from Dance.co, and I don't even know how to drive a scooter.
Despite repetitively sending them written notices to object such erroneous charge, including letters from Dance.co stating that I never had a subscription there, they now said they are going to court.
I don't have a lawyer insurance and I'm not scared to lose the case, but only about paying a lawyer for the whole process. If such case actually goes to court, can I just hire a lawyer and they will pay for all costs afterwards (assuming they will lose)?

The loosing party often has to cover for the lawyer costs of the other party. Depending on your financial situation you can also apply for so called prozesskostenhilfe.
If the case is as clear as you describe, chances are high this will never go to court. Debt collector companies are not stupid, they know when they can’t win a case.
However many of them like to build up threats and to scare people to pressure them into paying anyway, even if the debt is unjustified.
