It says the points are deducted when they go down, it applies to EFL not the PL.

Once again the complexity of prosecuting 125 charges that are denied is far greater than 1-2 charges that are admitted to and accepted.
It’s far too early to judge what will happen with man city but a rangers-like penalty seems appropriate.

When will these teams learn if you are going to break the rules you have to win so they don’t deduct points.
I was speaking to a few city fans about what we thought the punishment would be.
Here’s just a personal view on a possible scenario. City get a 30 point reduction but will be reduced to 20 so they are out of Europe. They will then lose their manager as he did say 2 years ago he would leave if there was any foul play.
What do you think? Pie in the sky?
I don’t think they will be relegated as the prem would lose too much potential revenue.

Follow the city plan, just don’t cooperate until they move on to another club… oh and give them loads of money also
Put 115 lawyers and flood the case with paperwork and appeals. The Manchester Cheating way.
City needs a strong enough deduction to relegate them 5-6 leagues below, if not more. Along with a transfer ban for a couple windows to prevent any more incoming, and a wage cap on all players who choose to remain.
And reallocate all titles in the fraudulent seasons to the second placed team.
Thats the only way forward If proven guilty and if justice prevails, instead of the PL top brass cunts eating more oil money
