  3. When the officer says, “Understood?” That’s all we needed to hear. This is not making an offer. This is forceful and unlawful military enlistment. That was in no way an offer, it was a demand. Notice how the migrants have already been forced to stand in “military formation”, if you can call it that, and stare straight ahead while being talked to. They might as well already be in the military. The corruption is absolutely insane, but definitely not unbelievable anymore.
