How do you get a Garda interview video? Is it that it is handed to the defense so they can organise a case and it is well understood they cannot then go use it to initiate the witnesses?

He only pleaded guilty to this one because he’s appealing his murder conviction and he didn’t want a trial on witness intimidation to impact a future murder retrial.
