Good for her! And she found 108 in just 2 months?! Damn, she’s good.
Municipalities should be prosecuting this form of “owner occupancy” fraud and offering cash rewards to the whistle blowers, perhaps a percentage of the unpaid taxes once collected. The STR data is badly skewed by AirBnbs that are claimed on tax rolls as owner occupied SFHs, they are definitely part of the current housing “shortage.”
