Russia could easily have joined the European Union after the Cold War. Vladimir Putin was at the 9/11 dedication ceremony for Christ sakes when the new tower was built. Instead they just rob and steal what we have because their corrupt asses cannot make their own. Un fucking believeable.
Worth noting, that prior to this, he also told how their officers were stealing food rations and clothes from their own army. Only about 60% of everything is being delivered, the rest of it is being kept by the officers, who are likely selling it somewhere.
