3. Problem is, that Europe doesn’t have the claimed 100 Patriot **systems**. Someone confused missile launchers with full batteries which include Radar and fire control.

   I understand what is being said; budget is being refused untill Ukraine is given 7 Patrioit systems. But who’s against giving the systems, who are they leveraging or “blackmailing”, etc?
