  40. It should be in a fucking holster. Any military member who has had to hit the head when armed can tell you that you have it under positive control at all times. Because if you lose your weapon, some SNCO somewhere has felt a disturbance in the Force and they are already coming for you.

    Civilians who want to carry should have to pass a course.
