Hi- persistent organic pollutants here. we appreciate the new kid on the block and their trendy ‘forever chemicals’ name but this isn’t novel. we’ve been around since the 1930s doing this very same thing only we are unequivocally toxic. No ifs ands or buts about it. In fact we’ve modified DNA in your grandparents and that is likely why you get colon cancer. Try that ‘forever chemical’. It’d be great if they normalized their findings to the presence of PCB congeners in the tissue so we can get some press too, dammit.
