Albanian Government has been often criticized for promising “big projects” and never fulfilling them.
The reason why 3D has been chosen as the main word of protest is the big number of these “projects” that have been shared on social media by prime minister, ministers and institutions of Albania. However a big number of these “projects” exist only as 3D.
Instead we still do not have proper heating in most of our public schools
