How low will Telia go?

I saw Telia slowly increased my subscription price over the past year, so I decided to move to Moi. Now Telia is bombarding me with these offers.

Does anyone know how low they could go? As in, if I let them call me, do they still have room to negotiate?

I’m Dutch, I like cheap 👍
