  1. Looks like somebody would like to be offered a little deal…

  2. “Approved! All charges dropped against everyone. Jack Smith, please report to federal prison tomorrow”

    -Judge Cannon

  3. All they need to do to get out of it is to explain everything about why they were moving boxes with some of the countries most guarded classified and NDI documents in them. When they were moved, who ordered the moves, the exact timing of the moves, documentation of the orders to move them, and the exact location of all other boxes that were moved, including who ordered it, and testify to every spec of that in court. They are included because they broke the law. If I did what they did, I would have known what was in the boxes, because someone would have been asking for the boxes with the classified documents in them.

They need to flip or take the blame. Which they pick is their own doing.

  4. If Trump was a Democrat, they’d be screaming bloody murder about him being a Russian agent. From the mainstream media? Nothing.

  5. Evan Corcoran and Carlos de Oliviera for WITNESS STAND 24!

  6. Could this lie be used as further evidence of a crime during their trial?

  7. The Rats are jumping ship, poor Don the con, all by his lonesome

  8. Sounds like a defense for a jury to take into consideration

  9. If somebody called me in the middle of night or whenever and tells me to help them move something without anybody else seeing them and to stay quiet , Im reasonable enough to know that something probably ain’t right , especially if the cops have been around the place investigating something

  10. They were given ample opportunity to cooperate before they were indicted. Now it’s a lot too late.

  11. It really comes down to this:
Jack Smith and his prosecution team gave the grand jury enough evidence for **them** to agree that Carlos and Walt should be charged.
For Cannon to dismiss would be her saying the grand jury “got it wrong”.

I’d say that in 99% of courts around the country, facing similar charges, the defendants would either:
    a) have taken a plea and told prosecutors everything they know *if they really were innocent*
    b) be denied in this motion and be told to bring it up during their defense in court

  12. A little late for for the rats to get off the orange Titanic

  13. They saw Wieselberg go to Rikers for the same shit they are doing and realize “hey, that could be me, shit that is going to be me. Minimum wage +$3.50 an hour isn’t worth this!”

  14. If they had no clue, why would some agree to flood the server room with pool water? Why would they choose to not co-operate.

This story smells like a swampy sewer water pool.

That one person said no, shows that what they were doing was wrong. When they joined with Trump, afterward, they went all in on the crimes. Now, they know what was contained, but still won’t co-operate?

How many lifelines do they have to throw away, for it to sink in?

  15. Never trust Trump in any way whatsoever. Never associate with him. Don’t come near him. He will screw you one way or the other.

  16. Cool. That’s what a trial is for. Convice a a jury you didn’t know.

  17. “I was just following orders, I didn’t know…”

The last defense of the guilty.

  18. Then they should take a plea and testify against Trump

  19. With the judge in his pocket trump doesn’t need help from the codefendants so he’s thrown them under the bus. You can be sure that they’re not getting any help with their lawyers fees and probably can’t afford them. When will they all learn? Trump doesn’t give a shit about anyone but himself.

  20. “I didn’t know my buddy was robbing a bank when I picked him up in front of the building” has never once gotten a getaway driver out of trouble. These guys know what they did… Trump gave them very clear instructions to avoid the attorney who was searching for the documents. The other one tried to destroy the video surveillance of the document hiding. These aren’t innocent guys that Trump shoved a pile of documents down their pants when the fbi was breaking down the door… they were participants.

  21. Lots of criminals want out of the consequences of their crimes

  22. So if you work for a drug smuggler but they never tell you what’s in the bag, you’re good?
