She is either a fan of the far-right Homeland Party, which is blatantly riddled with neo-Nazi activists, or she has no idea who they are (her defence) which perhaps suggests that politics might not be the calling for her. Liked a Tweet that called her own party leader, Anas Sarwar, an anti-white racist. Another indication that politics might not be her forte.

  4. Honestly Kirkcaldy and cowdenbeath aren’t doing too well at the moment. Current MP is Hanvey who’s been sharing some anti Vax stuff lately, labour want to throw in a right wing nutter.

    From the constituency that gave us Gordon Brown, who in hindsight, was a decent MP especially by current standards. It’s a bit depressing.

    In nearby Glenrothes you had a decent local councillor barred from standing as an MP because he’s an author who wrote books described as “sexy and satanic”.

    Labour aren’t doing too well at the moment. They let in a right wing nutter but won’t allow a fiction author. Damn.

  5. What are the figures regarding racist attacks against white people in Scotland? Are they increasing, decreasing, staying the same or non existent? Nobody seems to have published them during this full fiasco.

    Does being an asylum seeker give you additional points when the priority list is being drawn up for social housing?

    To be honest, I had never heard of the homeland party until this thread so I can buy her reasoning.

    Also Patrick Harvey has a short memory, pretty sure he has his own moment of ‘I didn’t realise who that was’ that people tried to use to claim he was in support of some horrendous stuff.
