  1. If you cant get wasted in public, youre literally living in 1984.

Adding to that – since April, if you cant smoke a joint in the privacy of your own home, your country is literally less chill *than the germans*.

  2. It was just two guys and two beers I hate this

  3. I mean you can drink in the public. If you get caught, that’s your problem.

  4. I once was fined for drinking in the street before entering a club here in Barcelona. It was 24€, 50% discount if you pay before 1 week or something like that. Literally cheaper than drinking in the club

  5. In Finland, during rally week in Jyväskylä, I got caught with a bottle of vodka. Police told me I have one chug. When I couldn’t finish all I had left, he laughed and called me a pussy. Then wished me a good night.

  6. Sorry… But then we don’t allow the drinking of any alcohol in public areas, unless otherwise signed.

  7. I was under the impression succulent was reserved for food.

  8. Wait what there are countries where you can’t drink a beer on the streets or in a park or something?

  9. I fkin love doing hoodrat shit walking around towns and cities and trains around austria, germany and czech all the while pounding down beers. It
Bleeds through with the older locals and i still do it in hungary, poland even tho it’s kinda frowned upon

  10. Idk if its illegal in the UK. I got told off for it once but I do it all the time.

  11. Worst part about moving back to Ireland after living in Germany was not being able to enjoy a beer outside on a nice day. Literally 1984.

  12. We make paper bags that are the size of beer cans.

Hiding the can makes it legal in many/most places.

  13. Sure, if a German approaches you for another reason than stating how you break a rule it is going to be unintelligible drunk speech.

  14. What’s the charge? Drinking a beer? A succulent European beer? Gentlemen, this is democracy manifest

  15. Wait, I thought this was only some stupid American law, why are you guys allowing this? Do a referendum or something fast diocane

  16. Looks like you were in Poland?

Drinking in public is cringe and uncivilized, there are places for drinking

  17. Back in 2006 two Swedistani policemen made me throw away my just bought beer because “no drinking on the streets”.

Before throwing it, I attempted to chug the beer as fast as I can, but no. They obliged me to throw the can, full for more than the half.

    ASCAB

  18. One of the best feelings in Greece was drinking a beer in museums, made them much more interesting

  19. What baffles me is that instead of just pouring the beer away Americans arrest children giving them a record when their is no victim and the problem is over once the beer is gone.

  20. This and not being able to drink alcohol in stadiums. Jesus fucking christ, I bet you could drink during Uncle Paco’s regime.

  21. Coke in parliament no worries beer on the street fuck that.

  22. My guy was drinking Harnaś. You should get violation just for that.

  23. My German friend was shocked when I told them about how it’s in Sweden with drinking in public (or even just buying alcohol in general).

  24. That ticket looks incredibly close to our paper medical prescriptions
