  1. I feel sorry for those people!😒
Intense rain seems to be a thing in this era. Of course, we do not know if the damn had been kept up/repaired on a regular basis?
(Most Russian infrastructure dates to the post WW2 era)

  2. Dam burst for a reason. I will bet lack of maintenance is the main-suspected one. This is what war economy does to a country. If we continue with this crazy war, both west & East, we will all suffer. Sympathy to all brave people hurt by this tragedy.

  3. If Trump were president/dictator of the U.S., he would be sending Soviet Russia a few hundred billion dollars in military weapons aid, and transport planes loaded with "bergers."

  4. The USA and All the other EU countries will be pouring the relief support into Russia now… Right after it gets passed in through congress…

  6. The vile comments here make me despise Western Europeans, not Russians. Celebrating people getting flooded only reveals your morale bankruptcy. You've been showing your true face since your sanctions backfired.

  7. Putin is too busy to help the Russian people as he doesn't care about them and spent all the Russian peoples money on war !

  8. Oh no!
    Damn smoker’s again!
Bloodymir won’t share a single thought or tear about these people!
He’ll find a way to explain that Ukraine is responsible for this!😅
