  1. Long story short : During covid many lads could not work therefore our boss haven’t received any cake deliveries . He asked my wife could she make some , lad was outstanding help to us but also desperate . So we made some brownie cheesecakes and it exploded 1 cake became 2 … 2 became 4 after short time we started to work on 2 jobs . Our own and we registered home bakery itself . So 4 cakes became 8 and 2nd costumer and it went slow at start thanks to covid but we didn’t let go . So on top of that we bought a gazebo and all necessary equipment to do markets . So 1 job became 3 jobs and working non stop all week . We worked our asses off and there was a magical point where we could just let go our main jobs to became independent . It was HARD up’s and downs non stop but we are glad that Ireland and the whole country is so supportive towards small businesses . Today 4th year has passed since we started our little project and it became a pure life where we spread joy to everyone and we can support ourselves and start hiring people ! . So again thank you Ireland for allowing us to fulfill our dream of making muffins and cupcakes for all !

  5. Woah fair play, everything there looks absolutely delicious.

We really got into baking in our house during covid. My youngest girl (10) then started a baking buisness last summer, doing tray bakes during the week then selling them from the house at the weekend, used to make herself about €50/€60 any week she did it! Done it again at Christmas doing mixed treat boxes!!
