  1. I can hear the main road in the background and the sewage works is dwnstream, I know your tricks…

    Looks gorgeaus, enjoy your day!

  2. Getting dressed is going to be g to be a bit awkward with the neighbours

  3. “For sale, 3 bed semi. Garden is either 50′ X 30′ or 50,000 hectares , depending on perspective”

  4. As lovely as that woodland is, I doubt it’s yours, the absence of a fence doth not make a manor.

  5. People who live in glasshouses… have to answer the door

  6. Not sure what you are complaining about, its great living next to woodland however small, you get so much more wildlife. Pollard or crown lift the trees, add some decking to enjoy the view.

If you want a safe space for little Johnny to kick a football around buy a new build with an all sided fenced in box garden

  7. My 1 bed flat in the south east wasn’t that much less (£143k) 🙁

  8. Quite expensive for a standard greenhouse, don’t you think?

  9. Yeah ill be moving north within the next decade, my mums just paid £320k for a 5 bedroom detached bungalow on 5 acres of land

    I just paid £400k for a 3 bedroom apartment

    Fuck London.

  10. Not believable. If you said southwest then I’d say bang on

  11. I’m always weary of houses with nothing built behind them. A housing developer or worse could snap up the land. There is currently something like this happening in Wales where travellers bought land and despite not having planning permission came rolling in with diggers and flattened a green hillside

  12. I’m in the North west and 160k doesn’t even get you a decent flat?? 🥴🤔

  13. Why the greenhouse if you’re not growing anything?
Lots of space there to grow fruit and veg.

  14. Please put a rope swing there at the edge. If you have kids / grandkids of course.

  15. That’s an expensive greenhouse. Am I missing something?
