1. Why is he still suspended? Don’t the police trust our courts?

2. I’m not cheer leading the police here, but the deed was supposed to have taken place in 2009. And the complaint was made in 2021. 12 years after the fact, is a **fucking** long time. By that point, what evidence would there be?

   Ladies. If someone commits this evil deed against you, use all of your courage to report it **NOW**. Not next week, or next year, **NOW.** Otherwise it will make people think that you’re not telling the truth. On top of this, you will be letting a potential nasty piece of work, walk free to commit this terrible crime against some other unsuspecting lady.

3. In the thread about this case a few days this sub had him already tried and convicted.

4. Absolutely outrageous that this ever came to trial. The complainant made an allegation 12 years later, gave inconsistent accounts and had made previous allegations of rape that went no where. There was 0 evidence of the allegation.

   The complainant’s live evidence during the trial was so unconvincing the CPS abandoned the trial and the Judge directed he be found not guilty.

   I’m all for scrutiny of our Police but this was nothing short of a witch hunt. If a normal member of the public had been accused like this it would have gone no where. If this is the standard to which the CPS will charge all men should be very concerned.

5. Can they publish name and picture of the *proven* false accuser now? Everywhere.

6. Cleared, but he’s still been plastered over media as a rapist

   Google his name. Ask yourself if he’s really been cleared
