  1. From the article:

“Corcoran’s depature follows the exit of other Trump lawyers, including Jim Trusty and John Rowley. That leaves the former president with a team of attorneys who are relative newcomers who did not interact with the Justice Department in the lead-up to Trump’s indictment.”

[Full list of lawyers who have quit](https://www.newsweek.com/full-list-donald-trump-lawyers-quit-2020-election-1861366) working for trump:

“Reacting to the news, Michael Cohen, former Trump attorney turned frequent critic of the former president, told Newsweek: “Finding competent counsel has plagued Donald for many years now due to his erratic legal requests and delinquent payment history.”

  2. Dumb question, but if a lawyer quits working for a client, does the lawyer-client confidentiality thing still hold?

  3. Quit b4 he gets disbarred like 4 of Trumps past attorneys

  4. >should the long-delayed trial go forward.

I am so angry about this.

  5. Translation: lawyers are not supposed to, in theory, represent a defendant who insist she or he is not guilty when the lawyer knows damn well she or he is guilty. I mean holy frack: the criminals documented themselves committing the crimes.

  6. If the Donald is paying with dark money or election campaign funds these attorneys are looking at a lifelong set of entanglements.

  7. Options for Trump lawyers:

    1. Pro Bono work
    2. Disbarred
    3. Doing time for your client

  8. If the 2 employees and ex-lawyer flip and become state witnesses, does this make the judges efforts to delay more difficult?
