This kinda looks like a reflection of the city lights on the lens of the camera.
I definitely see one shahed shape in that blur, but as others have stated may be light interacting with the lense. There is however at least one Shahed pictured here.
So it begins.
My first thought was “why the heck do suicide drones have lights on in flight?”
My second was “why are they so big?”
Finally, “why are they flying them over populated areas where they could be spotted and relayed?”
It’s a reflection if the city in the window.
Looking at the route these will be taking and likely bunched up in groups most of that time will these not be very easily picked off before even reaching Israeli targets? Seems like all it will cost Israel is a bit of ammo

Israel, US and Brits has one big chanse to show if/what they are capable of shutting down now. A United west has a golden opportunity to show what cooperation can shut down. I really hope they just wipe it out like it is nothing. And then again show what they really can do for Ukraine.

No way these drones would be launched in a bunched up “swarm”. That makes absolutely zero sense.
They are reporting 100 drones and cruise missiles launched, so this picture may be exactly what it looks like
