[GdS] No more Oaktree as Zhang is closing in on a 3-year deal for a €400M loan from a British fund and an interest rate not too different than the 12% with Oaktree. The deadline is May 20th. This loan would replace Oaktree. Talks are advanced. Steven is still open to sell Inter, but only for €1.2B.
