I received this letter last week , I just moved to an new apartment but I don’t want to do change of address because the apartment is only temporary until January, is this letter I received from the post compulsory to return or I can just ignore it ?

Well it literally says everything you need to know on this form… if you don’t fill it out you’ll receive your post at both adresses (old & new).
Their way to get consent to send all their commercial partners your new address so they can direct advertising spam to you.
