I don’t understand why these aren’t immediately stolen and scrapped?
Simple solution: replace those double yellow lines with “cycle hire only” spaces.
I like the idea, but they really need to have special areas dedicated to them so they are not littering the path ways, it’s a nightmare around here.
They have GPS so there is no reason why the users couldn’t be made to park them responsibility.
Went through the greenwich tunnel yesterday, south lift out of service, so someone decided “Well fuck lifting this up the stairs” and left a lime bike right at the bottom of the stairs.

Think about how much less space they take than cars.
Think about how many fewer of them there are than parked cars
Some people are so selfish leaving them lying around the place where they’re in the way or a trip hazard
I have to step over or around them every time when I’m out.
