1. What is his point? So were NATO spies working in Moscow, under same agreement, and both letting them in and later kicking them out has been fully reciprocal.

7. Why did NATO kick the spies out? Staff reduction? Lack of budget? There was a reason for hiring Russian spies, right? Doesn’t NATO need them anymore? So many questions…
