That’s one step away from the shadow cabinet, right?
I do think politicians should use better language when describing things they are opposed to.
Having said that Matt Vickers recently called me FIRSTNAME instead of icelollies in a recent email so he need talk.
I was a bit surprised at saying that about the Queen. Then I realised it was Camilla.
I love the way they’ve conflated ‘sweary Diana obsessed nutter’ and ‘_in due course we need to review our constitution_ woman’. Polite republican views are now classified as ‘repugnant’?
If you can’t describe something you’re against without resorting to childish name calling then… actually no that sounds just right for the house of commons
Someone’s still team Diana aren’t they? #englandsrose
Like the way they say “labour candidate” – makes you think it’s a prospective MP. I wonder if they knew that /s obvs…
Shane they didn’t stand by their original comments. Would have been more honest of them – but suppose the prospect of a tiny bit of power means principles out the window.
The nasty party are back. They don’t even try to hide it anymore.
Time for the freedom of speech people who scream and wail every time bigots get called bigots to explain how this is different and fine.
Better a jumped up old whore than a vituperative, vulgar old hag with no political acumen. Atleast the whore ended up in a king’s bed.
See, we can all participate in this undignified game of playground name calling.

What is with all the council candidates being suspended recently? First Tory councillors being suspended for racism, then a load of reform candidates, now a labour candidate. What is with the major parties atm
Misogynistic language aside, if someone is “forced” to apologise that’s not actually an apology, is it?
Another day of can we not simply punch ourselves in the face for a moment.
