Great photos. Especially last one..won the war, looking for a bright new future. Sadly depressing now.
I am trying to work out where that is in Bloomsbury. Could it be the corner of Kingsway and Sicilian Avenue in Holborn, where there used to be a gents outfitters that had a closing-down sale for about thirty years!
