I’ve never seen a more fragile bunch than the inhabitants of r/soccer.
It’s all one massive circlejerk over the established elite and blaming anyone but their own clubs for their failures. Not a single brain cell between them.
Oh and if you go against the hivemind and try and drop any logic in there you just get downvoted into oblivion.

I can not express this enough… but for the amount of times you see and hear City not being significant to anyone… they sure as hell are the most significant team in the world right now. They really can not hate more.
Reading the hate is borderline unbearable. But it must pale in comparison to the actual hate that then can conjure up.
Those subs sucks so much. A week ago they were saying this is the best title fight in recent memory and now they’re downplaying everything because of one bad result.

This one is my favourite so far, guy is so angry he tried to make every word possible an insult and the result is a barely legible sentence.
I’m just looking for the experts who were analyzing how genius Artera’s tactics were when they parked the bus against City. You need to be brave to win the titles.

Pretty sure I counted something like a hundred a fifteen people in one of the threads saying they didn’t care if City won the league.
Most exciting league in the world to boring farmers league in the space of a week.
Everytime I comment on /soccer I get downvoted to all hell, it’s the only sub in which that happens.

Just saw some Liverpool, Arsenal, United fans (the red cartel what a surprise) unironically say that they consider 2nd place to be the true 1st place against City and comfort eachother. Look what we’ve done to them. We’ve broken them 🤭
