  1. You don’t get it. People are paying 2m nok for this because there is a demand for it. I wish they could built this kind of flats everywhere without kommuner interfering with all kinds of rules. For me personally this is a dream apartment. Not everybody needs 2 rooms or a garden. But of course. 2m nok in oslo center is ok, outside ridiculous.

  5. If this is central Oslo, that’s pretty cheap. And compared to somewhere like London it’s definetly cheap.

    You are basically paying for the location.

  11. Plenty of worse examples out there. If this is central in oslo, it’s not too bad of a price. However, I believe we all deserve food and a place to sleep instead of having to spend our lives making landlords richer

  12. If this is an apartment at let’s say Grunerløkka, Oslo. I would say take my money. Those 2m will easily double the next 4-5 years if not earlier.

  16. Prices are ridiculous. In a normal world this should be an 800k apartment, at best.

    But as we know it’s all about *location, location, location….*

    The government should have built more housing over the last 20 years to calm down the demand.

  17. Here is the [listing](https://www.finn.no/348719936) it’s in Bergen and faulty close to the city centre. There isn’t anything wrong with this apartment, I just laughed when I saw that bed and the first thing I could think is that noone with this kind of money would choose that sleeping arrangement.
