That was mighty strange. It was like the ordinance had been smothered…. until it wasn’t!
It seems multiple RF soldiers set up an forward ambush / overwatch position when they were detected by UAV and engaged. The large patrol packs could indicate they are operating ahead of the entrenched fighting positions within the contested grey zone.
One of the individuals must’ve been carrying (*smoke*) grenades, incendiary charges, mines or the like to allow for the massive secondary explosion visible at 01:15.
The orange ID indicators appear odd, similar to a St. Georges ribbon from the start of the invasion worn by paramilitary forces. Soldiers itself seem unusually clean as if they have only recently arrived at the frontlines.
