    Oh, okay. I can understand why it was tolerated if it’s when no one is speaking and they need to be in the room for a while.

    Phones on silent, and they can still text to their hearts’ (assuming they have hearts) content.

  3. The letter advises that members who wish to tweet photographs of vote results can use the broadcast recording of the proceedings to do so, and they are reminded they are not permitted to photograph screens in the chamber.

    Why like?

  4. Proper order. Have some respect for others in all situations. My phone is permanently on silent. I miss a call and there is the ability to call them back!
