  1. Don’t buy berets to try and fit in in France, you will be laughed at.

  2. People don’t buy souvenirs in Iceland, I guess

But do they have any special LEGO you can get only at LEGOLand in Denmark or something? Otherwise LEGO as a souvenir seems kinda weak since you can get it anywhere

  3. Yeah, all that beer bought by tourists for sentimental reasons… You see them wander the streets, carrying beer cases all the time. Sometimes I wish I was a tourist here in Germany, bringing unopened bottles of beer back to my country to commemorate my stay.

  4. Interesting to see both Romania and Ukraine with painted eggs.

I wonder why it is that way.

  5. I love how the best selling souvenir in the UK is an umbrella.

I don’t think it was intended as a souvenir.

  6. Wow! How come in Romania isn’t “pulometru” the most buyed item? 🤣🤣🤣

  7. No one buys souvenirs in Switzerland because it’s expensive.

  8. People buy umbrellas as souvenirs? Don’t they just buy them when it’s, you know, … raining?

  9. I feel like Finland’s souvenir is the best one.

  10. Moomins! Love them, had a book in childhood, and saw cartoon few times.

  11. Worry beads in Greece? I thought they was some Islamic thing. Those are very common in Türkiye too.

  12. Venetian masks aren’t a thing outside Venice I reckon…

I would have guessed some food or a more “national” tourist trinket.

  13. Did somebody even recognize what this thing from Czech Republic is supposed to be?!?

  14. This has to be a heavily-filtered statistic. No way Venetian masks are the top-selling souvenir here instead of crappy magnets of the Rome skyline or something like that.

  15. I call bs on clogs😂never seen ANYONE buying them or know anyone who did. They mostly bring stroop waffles or something weed related💀

  16. Seriously doubt Spain. I’ve never seen those shoes, but everyone buys an abanico 🪭

    Or a Barca/Real Madrid shirt.

  17. Can confirm, got a mug for each of my parents when I first visited.

  18. I’m positive my family alone has brought enough French wine home from trips to offset any beret sales. Lol.

Seriously though, how is wine not the major souvenir from France? Amazing wine is dirt cheap there.

  19. Been to ten of those countries, bought none of those souvenirs. Quite proud of myself.

  20. u can buy Mozart’s balls in Austria? that’s some crazy shit going on

    /s

  21. Press X to doubt amber in Poland. It’s quite expensive and only sold on the coast.

AFAIK, foreigners like our marshmallows in chocolate (ptasie mleczko)
