Well, politicians failing to be honest with the electorate about the scale of the financial/economic problems facing the country, is far from unique to NI. There seems to be bipartisan agreement not to start awkward conversations. Meanwhile, I see our media wanking themselves raw over returning some statues to Greece, or a politician’s house sale eight years ago, and feel like a crazy person.
