  1. You live close to the dutch border? In that case it’s probably farmers protests.

  2. Dutch Farmers protest flag.

Maybe they’ve got lost and ended up here.

  3. it can have multiple meanings, but i think its kind of fan art from Hansa rostock, an football club which isnt too much away from schleswig-Holstein or Holstein Kiel (also an football club). With this the fans want to make clear that its there city and there is no place for another club.

  4. Football fans like to (illegally) paint those things in the colors of their club. Since you are living in Schleswig-Holstein it is probably referring to Holstein Kiel (or maybe even Hansa Rostock).
If you want to know exactly, look out for stickers referring to the football club.

  5. Ahh these are rhe colours of Holstein-Kiel. A football club located at Kiel and beeing in the top of the second football league. They are expectet to get in the first league in the next weeks.

  6. Is there a local football club that uses those colours? If so then its football graf.

  7. Its also the colors of Holstein Kiel, aka the best team in germany 🇩🇪 ultras will paint that color scheme in thay order to signify the team. If you notice in hamburg and flensburg and other areas where HSV support is more common you will see blue white black rather than blue white red
