  1. Good, these companies are all part of the agenda. The ‘cost of living’ crisis is just an opportunistic cash grab by a bunch of tyrannical trans-atlantic companies and even regional companies. Same with the likes of Tesco and other energy companies, screw them all to hell.

  2. I am a Scottish Power customer. I refuse to deal with anything related to direct debit or smart meters so this didn’t affect me. I make a manual meter reading monthly and pay the bill by debit card. Firstly the tariff can’t be misreported and secondly they can’t take arbitrary sums out of my account. This entirely didn’t affect me.

Giving the keys away to your metering collection and your money is not something we should be doing after the repeated breaches of trust by these companies.

  3. Curious how you go about looking at even getting a refund.

I was with them in 2017 and was hit with the stupid “We’ve been undercharging you for a year, so now you owe us £400”.

I have a new bank account/address, how do they even reach out to clients effected lol

  4. The “Scottish” part is fake they are owned by the Qatar Investment Authority, with BlackRock and Norges Bank also holding significant interests.

Wankers just fob you of when you call.

  5. I found OVO suspicious, changed their whole month’s meter reading!
