It’s time for the oil and gas industry to pay for climate pollution

1. Very clearly, oil and gas leaders have simply chosen to milk the industry until it’s sued and regulated out of existence. So we’d better get moving on that.

And sue all the executives and Directors involved in the wanton reckless negligence of opposing a carbon price and undermining the science of climate change going back to 1997 when the world sat down and agreed to the Kyoto Protocol. They all knew what they were choosing when they opposed action on climate change and it was to the detriment of the rest of us.
