12. There is no amount of money or supplies you can throw at this situation and it make a difference. They need men and training. Ukraine realistically doesn’t have a chance to get back the territory its already lost. There needs to be armistice and negotiations need to happen before this gets any worse. A ceasefire immediately until they can figure out the terms and conditions
