2. Looks a bit like a wood ear mushroom to me.
   Try r/pilze or r/mushrooms, depending on whether you want German or English responses.

3. Yep, as the other two already said, it’s a fungus and if I remember not a dangerous one but you shouldn’t eat it xD
   But as in the other subreddits just to be sure

4. I would be more concerned with the wet “soil” in your cellar. I figure you mean the slabs we see in the picture.

5. You have water in your cellar. Note how also the boxes are wet. I’d get my stuff out of there asap

6. Your cellar has a water problem. You are obligated to notify your landlord. They must resolve this problem.

   They look like a common fungus, but I would not handle them without gloves. That said, I also would leave them for the landlord to address and simply remove all of my things from the cellar room. Your things will be damaged if you leave them.
