I am currently traveling through latvia and have seen a few posts on the side of the street with cameras and strange red containers.
They look like they are under pressure and have outlets on the bottom side which look like fire extinguishing sprinklers.
What are those containers filled with/for?

Those are extinguishers filled with ABC Dry Powder, there were many people against these type of radars so I guess it’s a precaution.
These are of average speed usually for like 4-6KM. So, don’t speed. Anyway, enjoy Latvia.
Question is – how fast were you going in the zone?
