    The bill obliges the US president to hand over ATACMS to Ukraine as soon as possible after it enters into force

    In total $61 billion will be allocated, of which $23 billion to replenish DoD stocks

    Assistance is planned to be provided on a loan basis

    Confiscation of Russian assets is expected to cover the cost in the future

    The bill requires The Pentagon / State Department to provide a clear US strategy for Ukraine within 45 days.

  2. If this is getting released this way it’s probably close to a done deal. Especially with the loan provisions. But it’s not real until it actually is.

    range Army Tactical Missile Systems to the Government
    of Ukraine to assist the Government of Ukraine in defending itself and achieving victory against the Russian Federation.

  11. ATACMS delivery binding? Why tf did Johnson stall the aid for half a year given that this version is possibly better than the Senate one.
