Hello guys, so this Sunday I was visiting my friend in Düsseldorf and parked in front of her house and got a parking ticket. To be honest, I kind of asked for it with my parking😂

But now when I try to pay it, the following error (in the pic) pops up. What should I do?

Do you think it could be that my car has a Belgium number?

  1. It says you need to use the correct capitalisation

    Edit:Probably for the number plate

  2. I think it’s not the plate entered d wrongly. Check for the Ticket number. The digit 1 and the small letter L are easily mixed up. Or the digit 0 and the capital letter O…. You name it. Good luck on identifying 😉

  3. Oh yes, we set up the online portal for convenience. But didn’t bother to connect it to anything. Your problem not ours.
