If you tweet about how the Russian S-400 system sucks, bots with Western European names will quote tweet Polish language Russian propaganda at you. Is this supposed to work on people?

1. To be honest the S-400 system itself is not useless. It, like any other radar system designed to acquire airborne targets is vulnerable to SEAD. Anti radar missiles  launched from the right platform will fuck up any system that relies on active radar.

2. I think you’re going about this the wrong way. Just because Russia produces something, doesn’t mean it “sucks”. “Crime and Punishment” was written by a Russian author and it’s one of my favorite books.

   The problem with Russia isn’t the S-400.

3. There’s a russian botnet that retweets each other’s propaganda aimed at native speakers (I’ve seen Ukrainian too) aimed at 5th columning, FUD, subversion, etc. Been going on for a long time, at least since the platform went downhill after elon muskovite’s acquisition.

4. Poles are people, too, at least the Poles I met so far were. So, yes, it’s supposed to work on people.

5. The s-400 is a step up from s-300, but compared to western systems was quite lacking when it came out.
