You can’t change the address a parcel is delivered to. Only the sender in case it’s a business might be able to change, but honestly, DHL got paid to bring the parcel to this address. Allowing to change addresses afterwards would be just an invitation for scam
Usually you can select to have it brought to a shop or Drop-Station. That would be the next best thing…
Sometimes you can have it sent to a ‘neighbor’ in the same postal code, but I don’t know how effective that is, as I’ve never done it
