6. We laugh, but it’s actually pretty smart. That stand off plating will defeat drones which is one of the higher causes of vehicle destruction for the Russians. It neither hinders nor helps versus artillery and is mainly only a downside versus other armoured vehicles of which Ukraine has so few that tank on tank fights are a rarerity.

   It’ll certainly hinder visibility but I don’t think the Russians care all that much given the losses to drones.

7. Maybe it isn’t a tank and is actually a hut where the Russians can have their lunch breaks……nothing boosts morale as much as a good meal with your friends and colleagues does!
