Does anyone know what these tiny bugs are. They are barely a mm long. Can't even see the details with naked eye. I found them in my stationery drawer made out of wood. Ikea wood, not hardwood.

termites?
Likely a book louse (“Staublaus” in German).
They are generally perfectly harmless and little more than a cosmetic issue. But they *may* be a symptom of an underlying issue, like too high humindity and/or moisture problems.
If it’s just one, remove it and don’t worry about it.
