  1. My company is trying to push us all back to the office. I manage a team of 28 engineers and I have no interest in complying with it. We are more productive working from home and it’s not even close. Three of my best moved out of state to be closer to family. I’m going to fight this until they have to fire me. I told everyone that the general mandate doesn’t apply to our group and copied HR. Meeting next week so I have been compiling productivity statistics and potential employee “regrettable attribution” to use their words against them. We make the product so I would rather lose my job than budge. I offer them no compromise.
