Not to mention Number 10 staff stretching the leeway for what constitutes a work meeting in a government outdoor area, “The son of an alleged Chinese government agent has been literally instructing a Labour MP who to meet and when” (employed to manage his diary) and the MP has been receiving hundreds of thousands in donations linked to alleged CCP influence. *That’s* what a foreign influence scandal looks like.
Sounds like a lucky distraction from Boris – lovely combination of China and Labour to get people riled up
All donations declared and taken in good faith. Cooperating with MI5. Would be very surprised if he knew he was taking the money directly from Beijing, what with the woman in question being a spy who survived walking around the House of Commons for six years.
Of course the Labour party should immediately investigate themselves and learn important lessons from the findings.
