Kosovo says 10 of its police officers detained in Serbia

1. After the CoE parliament voted in favor of Kosovos entry, Serbia yesterday retaliated by stopping Busses of 600 Albanian civilians at the Croatian-Serbian Border. They were held at the border for over 18 hours without explanation.

   Now Serbia continues and arrests 10 Kosovar Police officers. Both Albanians and Serbs. 5 of them are still in Custody. No explanation so far. One of them is a Kosovo-Serb Police Director.

2. The Quint ambassadors have called for the immediate release of the Police officers and called out the Serbian provocation.

3. Well let’s be fair, if you literally dont recognise the Kosovo government as legitimate, and consider it to be an illegal separatist entity then you don’t need a reason to arrest its police.

   Let’s be fair I hardly think you’d be calling foul play if Ukraine arrested DPR or LPR police would you?

   Just because you think Kosovo is good because it’s pro western doesn’t change the reality on the ground for Serbia.

12. Arrested and detained under suspicion for war crimes. Kosovo has been arresting Serbs for same reason for the last few years. If they are innocent they will be released.

13. Serbia always a **troublemaker** and a destabilizing factor in the Balkans. EU should reconsider their stance when it comes to them that btw profit an INSANE amount of money while infiltarting and propagating anti-european policies. Fun fact: Kosovo scored higher in democratic index in 2023 than Serbia.
